Katrin Letzig was appointed as CSR Analyst in July 2008.

She holds a BA in Economics from the Berlin School of Economics (FHW). Her final degree thesis focused on Consumer Protection and Sustainability issues in Germany.

Prior to her graduation, Katrin trained as an intern at the Berliner Sparkasse – Retail Banking, where she was responsible for carrying out distribution reports for district manager meetings. In addition, she worked for five months at the Federal Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Consumer Protection (BMELV) in the department of Consumer Protection of Financial Services. Katrin has participated in different committee meetings of the German Parliament and was involved in research in the field of EU-credit guidelines.

After graduating from the Berlin School of Economics (FHW), Katrin joined a young  entrepreneurial start-up company to launch a sustainable E-Business. Bransparent.com GmbH is a platform to facilitate sustainable fashion consumption. Katrin was responsible for the company's assessment of the social and environmental engagement of international fashion labels and overseeing back-office operations and marketing activities. In addition to her native German, she speaks English fluently and has a good knowledge of French.
