• Board of Directors Training: In line with the requirements on skills development for Boards of Directors, OWW provides in-house training to familiarise Directors with the issues and opportunities surrounding CSR and the ways in which non-financial, environmental, social and governance risks can be managed to deliver business value.
  
• Executive Level Training: As part of your on-going training programme and HR development funds, OWW provides in-house training to managers and operational personnel to familiarise them with CSR and the processes and value propositions achieved by effective CSR management. These courses are practical and draw on our many years experience of working with and assisting companies to surmount the CSR challenges they face in Asia.
  
• Communications Training: This programme aims to familiarise communications staff with CSR and its strategic importance for the company. It is aimed at staff in the Public Affairs Department, the Investor Relations Department, the Marketing Department and the Customer Relations Unit as well as other key area.
