OWW conducts all its professional courses through its partner, the Academy of Responsible Management (ARM). ARM was established in 2009 as a focal point for the development of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Sustainability Management (SM) education for companies and managers.

ARM provides a portal for access to information, resources and assistance for companies committed to developing ethical and sustainable business models that take full account of their impact on their stakeholders, the natural environment and the communities in which they operate.

Our trainers are recognised experts in their fields and draw on many years of professional practice and research-based experience. They are supported by an independent Advisory Board of international leaders in CSR and SM from business, academia and civil society.

The Academy of Responsible Management Sdn Bhd is a private management training network which brings together the expertise of our partners from around the world to create a unique Community of Practice amongst CSR and SM professionals in business, government, academic institutions and civil society organisations.

Lectures, case studies, group exercises, presentations, interactive learning, self-directed learning, e-learning modules and final project assessment and feedback.
