• We will endeavour to apply our methodology openly, in good faith and with complete impartiality
• We will ensure that all companies, large or small, receive the same level and quality of analysis across the whole range of our services
• We will ensure that all of our staff are trained to the highest standards of international best practice and are fully aware of their professional responsibilities in conducting their work
• We will conduct assignments as a team and will continuously look for ways to improve the services we provide
• We will continually review and improve our systems in the light of new developments in best practice as an ongoing process
• We will not engage in any dialogue or pressure which attempts to exert an influence, settle a score or spread rumours, on behalf of or against anyone whosoever, inside or outside any organisation or company under review
• We have so far received no complaints from any group in respect of our approach, conduct or research and we commit to responding to any such queries quickly and clearly if they arise

Collecting and Using Information in Assessments

• We commit to revising our research and assessments in the light of new information wherever such information is verified, legitimate and has a material impact on the overall outcome of our conclusions
• We will engage with companies under review to ensure that the information we collect is correct, complete and accurate
• We will engage with other stakeholders wherever possible, to ensure that their legitimate interests are given consideration in the information we collect and use
• We will endeavour to ensure that all information provided by our services is substantial and substantiated so that our clients can be confident that our work can be used without the need to double-check its validity
• We will endeavour to ensure full traceability of information and sources collected for our assessments, whilst at the same time protecting the confidentiality of any information deemed sensitive by those who provide it

Information Protection

• We acknowledge that the information we provide may be of a sensitive nature and we affirm that we have designed our assessment processes to be consistent with emerging best practice in analysis and quality control
• We are currently developing a system with our stakeholders to ensure that our data collection and assessment processes will be subjected to a separate evaluation process
