Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC) Status

OWW Consulting Sdn. Bhd., is proud to announce the award of Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC) Status by the Multimedia Development Corporation (MDeC) for its technology hub in Kuala Lumpur.

The award of MSC Status provides recognition of OWW’s commitment to bringing innovative web-based technologies into its business solutions portfolio, which includes its unique range of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Stakeholder Solutions tools.

Commenting on the achievement Arshad Adam, Finance Director of OWW, said, “This is excellent news for OWW and provides a huge boost at an early stage in the development of the company.”

“The award of MSC Status will allow us to play an active role in making on-line CSR solutions available to companies in Malaysia and beyond. We hope that it will help to make Malaysia a regional centre for CSR, very much in line with the Government’s aim to inculcate the culture of responsible business,” he added.

OWW Consulting will base its technology work within the Multimedia Super Corridor which will provide support for its other activities in CSR consulting, CSR training and stakeholder surveys in Malaysia and Singapore.

The award of MSC Status also helps OWW Consulting to widen its business network which has recently been strengthened by our membership of the Singapore Compact and the United Nations Principles for Responsible Investment network. OWW was the first signatory of the UNPRI from Singapore and Malaysia.

The award of MSC Status allows OWW access to other technology leaders and discussions have already taken place with leading MSC organisations to develop these links further.
