We acknowledge that the information we provide may be of a sensitive nature and we affirm that we have designed our assessment processes to be consistent with emerging best practice in analysis and quality control.
We will continually review and improve our systems in the light of new developments in best practice as an ongoing process.
We are currently developing a system with our stakeholders to ensure that our data collection and assessment processes will be subjected to a separate evaluation process.
We have so far received no complaints from any group in respect of our approach, conduct or research and we commit to responding to any such queries quickly and clearly if they arise.
We commit to revising our research and assessments in the light of new information wherever such information is verified, legitimate and has a material impact on the overall outcome of our conclusions.
