  • We have so far received no complaints from any group in respect of our approach, conduct or research and we commit to responding to any such queries quickly and clearly if they arise.

  • We will endeavour to ensure full traceability of information and sources collected for our assessments, whilst at the same time protecting the confidentiality of any information deemed sensitive by those who provide it.
  • We will not engage in any dialogues or pressure which attempts to exert an influence, settle a score or spread rumours, on behalf of or against anyone whosoever, inside or outside any organisation or company under review.
